I love morning cups of lemon ginger tea, enjoying episodes of Star Trek (TNG only, don’t ask me why…) and laughing - hard - at dad jokes. I'm a mother of two independent ladies who I hope to show that loving yourself is critical to loving others.
As a coach, I help people remember what's most important and let go of the perfectionist mindset so they can enjoy what's in front of them today.
The stress of trying to make it all happen and be perfect through the whole process is draining and we end up forgetting why we’re grinding in the first place.
My goal as a coach is to help you focus on what’s most important for you, whether that be your relationship with food, loved ones, movement, finances, etc. and help you bring back balance for you to truly thrive the way you were meant to.
